Nanotechnologist

Our core technology, based on photocatalytic processes, can break down various pollutants while using little energy. Advancing research in nanomaterials is at the core of our company. Therefore, we are seeking a skilled Nanotechnologist to join our team.

As a Nanotechnologist, you will play an essential role in the research and development of advanced photocatalytic materials. You have expertise in chemistry, photocatalysis or similar fields and apply this knowledge to create materials that can harness light energy to promote chemical reactions and effectively break down pollutants. You will develop samples with high efficiency and then translate these into a production process using chemical deposition techniques.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to explore and refine chemical processes related to photocatalysis.
  • Design and synthesize new photocatalytic materials that boast high surface reactivity, stability, and efficiency.
  • Characterize and analyze materials using advanced techniques such as spectroscopy, chromatography, mass spectrometry, and thermal analysis.
  • Ensure all research activities comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate the performance of materials in degrading pollutants under light exposure through controlled experiments.
  • Optimize material compositions and structures to enhance their photocatalytic activity and overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external academic and industrial partners to advance research and application possibilities.

We are looking for:

  • Advanced degree (Postdoc/PhD preferred) in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge in chemical processes, photocatalysis, and materials characterization techniques.
  • Experience in designing, synthesizing, and characterizing chemical materials.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and analytical techniques, such as spectroscopy, chromatography, mass spectrometry and thermal analysis.
  • Knowledge of pollution control technologies is advantageous.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to research.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
